2. Information We Collect

2.3. Our application uses Google Calendar data to create, edit, and delete events on your behalf. This allows you to manage your schedule directly from our platform without having to manually add items to your Google Calendar.
3. Google API Services and Limited Use Compliance
3.1. EstateBax uses Google API Services to allow users to connect their Google accounts (e.g., Calendar) for enhanced functionality. Our use of this data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.2. We do not use or transfer data obtained from Google APIs to any third party, except to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our application. We never use this data for advertising, profiling, or for any other unrelated purposes.
3.3. If AI/ML models are applied within the app, they are solely used to enhance core functionality such as client-property matching. These models do not use Google user data for training purposes and do not retain or transmit user data outside the application. All processing is done in compliance with the Limited Use policy.
3.4. EstateBax explicitly affirms that it complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements as described in the Workspace API User Data Policy and Photos API Policy. User data accessed via Google APIs is only used to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and relevant to the core functionality of EstateBax. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or share it with third parties, except as required to provide the described functionality.

4. Data Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
4.1. EstateBax does not permanently store Google user data on its servers. Any data accessed via Google APIs (such as calendar events or contact information) is used temporarily and only in-memory to support user-requested features, and is not retained after the session or action is completed.
4.2. We do not create backups or persistent copies of Google user data. If a user disconnects their Google account, no data remains within our system. Users can disconnect their Google account at any time via the EstateBax interface or by revoking access from their Google account settings.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
