Adding a Contact

A user is added through the user addition form. You open it by clicking on Real Estate -> Add Property where you can see the form for entering basic contact information such as name, surname, phone numbers, email, etc. After that, you also have a form for entering information about the contact person for that contact (family member, friend, etc.).

After choosing the contact type interested party, potential buyer, buyer..., you have the option to select which messaging apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) the contact uses. This is a useful option because when you choose one of the offered applications, you will later have the option to contact the same person via the selected applications with one click.

{primary.fa-info-circle} Always ask the person which messaging app they use and mark it. This will allow you to contact them via WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram with one click.


Contact List

To view the list of all added contacts, go to the link Real Estate -> Contact List. This is a tabular view where you can see a list of all contacts with basic information. Contacts are arranged chronologically by the date of addition, from newest to oldest. For a quick overview of a contact, click on their name, and on the right side, you'll get an additional window with more information about them.

For a detailed view of a contact, click on the View button, and in that case, a new page will open with all the contact details. There, you can see all the entered contact information as well as some additional data automatically generated by the system, such as the timeline, tasks related to that client, and opportunities. On that page, you have the option to add a new opportunity for the contact, which we will explain more in the section related to opportunities.

Additionally, on the contact editing page, you can add a new item to the timeline, i.e., an additional activity that was not added by the system (by clicking the Add new button in the timeline view). This means that you can supplement the timeline or history of events with activities that occurred outside our system. In this case, you can have a complete history related to the contact, including both automatic and manually added events - likely even retroactively, i.e., those events that occurred before the start of using the system.

On the contact view page, you also have the Edit button for editing the contact or updating/additional data about them, as well as the trash bin button for deleting the contact.

You also have the option to filter contacts by type or date of addition.
