The list of all entered properties can be found on the Properties -> List of All Properties page. Here you will see a list of all entered properties with options to filter, view, and edit properties, and a button to add a new property. This is the main view of all entered properties with basic and advanced searches. The first thing you should notice above the table with the list of properties are the status filters. Here you can easily view which properties are active, in preparation, sold, etc. On the right side is the basic filter with price, property cities, and whether the property is for sale or rent. If we select one of the property types from the dropdown menu on the right, we will see all the significant features of that property type, which we can then use for advanced search.
{primary.fa-info-circle} At the top right next to the label Filters, you can see the option to clear all filters so that all properties are displayed again.
In this view, you have the option to export the list of properties to a PDF file in the form of a catalog. This is achieved by clicking the Export List to PDF button, where you will see options to download the list to your computer or directly send it as an email attachment to one or more contacts. The application allows the list to be generated as a two-property-per-row format or a single-property-per-row format. The property list will be exported as it is displayed in the table below. This means that before exporting, you can use the available filters to get a list of only the desired properties, then export that list to a PDF or send it as an attachment in an email.
For a detailed view of a property, you need to click the View button, and a new page will open with all the property data and the ability to edit certain information. Additionally, there are system-generated data such as the timeline, tasks related to that property, and opportunities. On this page, you also have the option to export the property to a PDF file as a preview with multiple images, details, and the contact information of the agent responsible for the property.
Also, on the property overview page (when we click the View button), it is possible to add a new item to the timeline, i.e., an additional activity that was not automatically added by the system, by clicking the Add new item to the timeline button. This means that you can update the timeline or the history of events related to the property with activities that occurred outside our system. In this case, you can have the complete history related to the property, both automatically and manually added, possibly retroactively, i.e., for events that occurred before the system was used.
The map of all entered properties is found on the Properties -> Property Map page. On the right side of the page, you can see a map with all entered properties as markers. If we click on one of the markers, that property will be selected on the right side, where all properties are displayed one below the other as cards. We can also use the + and - buttons to zoom in or out on the map. If we want to reset the map to its original view, we need to click the button below the + (plus) and - (minus) buttons.
Additionally, on the right side, where we see all the properties, we can scroll up and down. If we click on the marker icon located on the card of a property, that property will be automatically selected on the map, and its location will be zoomed in. Clicking on the property's name will open a detailed view of the property with all its features in a new window (tab).
{warning.fa-info-circle} Here we have only basic searches, by city, price, and property type, but not detailed searches like we have on the property list page. So, if we need a detailed search, we should use the other property view (tabular view).
