Agency Settings

General Settings

After successfully creating an account for your company and logging in, the first step is to customize settings through the "Company Settings" option. Here, it's important to add all relevant details about your real estate agency, including the name, email address, phone number, location (country, city, address, etc.). Additionally, you can add your agency's logo in dark and light variants. Furthermore, you can add links to your agency's profiles on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Your logo will be displayed on every landing page, providing recognition and a professional impression.

Regional and Other Settings

Furthermore, it's important to define system settings such as the time zone, metric unit, and currency (primary and alternative) to be used for real estate-related transactions. Our software supports more than 190 countries that you can choose as Interested Countries. After selecting the desired countries, only those will be displayed in dropdown menus where it's necessary to select a country. If we leave this field blank, then all 190 countries will be displayed everywhere, which can be tedious when searching for a specific country. We believe that agencies generally operate in a few countries, so this option was created.

Optional Modules

Some parts of the system are optional modules that are switched on per agency, because not every agency needs them. If you do not see them and would like to, contact us to have them enabled:

  • Property Management (Rentals) – managing let properties, leases, rent, and owners. See Property Management.
  • Off-Plan Inventory – the unit-level inventory, payment plans, and grids for developer projects. The basic projects list is available to everyone; the inventory layer is the optional part.

Other automatic-website features — the blog, the seller portal, and the reseller portal — are configured from Settings -> Website Settings.

Deleting Your Account

Only the agency owner (the person who originally registered the agency) can delete the account, and the option is shown only to them, in the profile dropdown menu. Deleting the account is permanent and irreversible — it removes all of the agency's data and media and cancels the subscription.

For safety, deletion is confirmed in several steps: you re-enter your password, a confirmation link is emailed to the owner, and the link must be opened and the password entered again before anything is erased.

{danger.fa-exclamation-circle} There is no way to recover an account after it has been deleted. Export any data you want to keep first.
