Before you start sending email messages from the system, you can customize the appearance of the email. Message appearance settings can be accessed via Email Composer -> Email Templates -> Basic Email Color, where you choose the color that will be primary (dominant) in your email messages. All other company data (logo, name, phone number, etc.) is automatically inserted into the email from the system as you set it up in the agency settings.
{warning.fa-exclamation-circle} It is recommended to send a test email to your own address to see how it looks before sending emails to contacts. To do this, you need to add yourself as a contact, and then you can select yourself when sending emails. You will learn more about sending messages below.
A common situation is that messages (emails) with the same subject and content are sent multiple times. To avoid typing the subject and message text every time, our system allows you to predefine such messages and easily use them when creating emails.
You can add predefined messages in the main menu under Email Composer -> Email Templates -> Add New Predefined Message. On the new page that opens, you have the option to enter a new predefined message with its title - something that will help you easily recognize and select it when generating a new email. After that, enter the title of the predefined email and finally the content of that message. You will have the option to choose such a message when generating an email, and it will automatically fill in the appropriate fields.
You can find a list of all previously entered messages under the main menu Email Composer -> Email Templates -> All Predefined Email Messages. There, you will find a list of all the messages entered so far with the option to edit or delete them.
{warning.fa-exclamation-circle} When entering message content, use Ctrl+Enter, or Cmd+Enter on Apple computers, to create a new line immediately after the previous one, i.e., without a larger gap between them. If you only use Enter, the spacing between lines will be slightly larger.
