EstateBax provides the option to activate a free website directly connected to the property database within the system. This feature allows agencies to have a fully functional website in a simple, painless, and free way. With just a few clicks and some basic information, agencies can manage their website without programming knowledge or any technical expertise. The website will always be up-to-date with the latest property information.
Website configuration is done under Settings -> Website Settings. When you open this option, a window will appear where you can choose the name of your website. It can be a subdomain on estatebax.com or the agency's own domain. You can read about website approval in the section below. After selecting the name, you can choose a primary color for the website, with 12 predefined colors or an option to select any color. Here, you can also enter your website's title, introductory messages for the homepage header, as well as text for the "About Us" and footer sections.
Besides text, you can also upload images for the "About Us" section and a background image for the homepage.
{primary.fa-info-circle} When configuring the website, you can choose to enable or disable the display of property maps, property addresses, and team members on the homepage.
Under Settings -> Website Settings, you will find a "tab" labeled "Properties on the Website." By clicking on this tab, you will see several options. The first option lets you display sold properties (marked as "sold") on the website. This applies to properties marked as sold in the system. Additionally, you can choose to exclude specific properties from the website while keeping them in the system. Adding a property to this list will prevent it from displaying on the website, without affecting it within the EstateBax system.
{primary.fa-info-circle} All features EstateBax offers for properties still apply to properties added to this list.
Aside from the list of properties to exclude from the website, there is also a list for featured properties. These are properties you want to display as Featured on the homepage. For the best visual presentation, we recommend adding 3, 6, or 9 properties to this list.
At the top of the Settings -> Website Settings window, you will see a button labeled "Website not yet approved! Click for approval." After configuring all necessary settings and selecting a name (subdomain) or entering an agency domain, click this button. You will then see a message "Website approval pending...". Our team will review the name to ensure it aligns with the agency's branding, and if everything is in order, the website will be approved promptly. Once approved, the site will be active and accessible online. After approval, you'll see the message "Website approved".
{warning.fa-exclamation-circle} In the case of an agency-owned domain, our team will provide "name server" information, which must be entered in the domain settings with the registrar where the domain was purchased. This will require up to 24 hours for the domain to become active as DNS propagates.
