Homepage and Menus


Top Menu

The top menu is a blue bar located at the top of the page. The quick menu contains the EstateBax logo, icons, and on the far right, the profile picture and name of the logged-in user. Clicking on the EstateBax logo takes you to the dashboard. After the logo, there is a series of icons, each representing a link (shortcut) to the most commonly used parts of the system, in order:

  • Property list
  • Contact list
  • Opportunity list
  • Landing pages list
  • Tasks list

Each of the above is explained separately in this guide. After these icons, there is a flag icon where you can change the system language. Following the language, there is an icon that toggles the system into Full-Screen mode. In case you activate this mode—covering the entire screen; you can always turn it off by pressing Esc (escape) on the keyboard. The last icon in the row toggles the dark (night) mode on and off.


Logged-in User Profile

Clicking on the logged-in user's name opens a dropdown menu with the following options:

  • Profile - for editing user profile information
  • Help
  • Billing (related to payments)
  • Log Out (sign out of the system)

Main Menu

The main menu is a comprehensive menu from which you can access all parts of the system. It is organized into logical sections and is easy to navigate. Below is a brief list and explanation of all its parts.

  • Dashboard - leads to the homepage

  • Properties dropdown menu includes:

    • Add New Property – page for adding a new property
    • Property Map – page with a map showing property locations
    • List of All Properties – page with a list of properties with detailed filtering
    • Add New Property Type – page for adding a new property type
    • Property Types – page with a list of all added property types
    • Shared Properties from Others – page with a list of properties from other system users
  • Contacts dropdown menu includes:

    • Add New Contact – page for adding a new contact
    • List of All Contacts – page with a list of all contacts
    • Show Opportunities – page with a list of opportunities (property-contact links)
  • Tasks dropdown menu includes:

    • Add New Task – page for adding a new task
    • Tasks - Board View – page with a list of tasks on a board
    • Tasks - Table View – page with a list of tasks in a table
    • Archived Tasks – page with a list of archived tasks
  • Sharing Studio dropdown menu includes:

    • Create New Landing Page Link – page for creating a new landing page
    • List of All Landing Page Links – page with a list of all landing pages
    • Landing Page Analytics – page with detailed analytics of visited landing pages
    • Create Landing Page Template – page for creating a landing page template
    • List of All Templates – page listing all added templates
  • Email Composer dropdown menu includes:

    • Send General Email – page for sending a general email
    • Send Email Including Details of One Property – page for sending an email with details of one property
    • Send Email Including Multiple Properties – page for sending an email with details of multiple properties (max. 3)
    • Sent Emails – page with a preview of all sent emails
    • Email Templates – page where you can change the email template design
  • Reports dropdown menu includes:

    • Task Reports Generator – page with a task reports generator
    • Contact Reports Generator – page with a contact reports generator
    • Property Reports Generator – page with a property reports generator
  • Settings dropdown menu includes:

    • Company Settings – page for editing company (agency) data
    • Add New Team Member – page for adding a new team member (agent)
    • Team Members – page listing team members
    • System Roles – page for adding and listing added user roles and permissions in the system
    • Data Export – page with options for data export
