Homepage and Menus

Top Menu

The top menu is a blue bar located at the top of the page. The quick menu contains the system logo, icons, and on the far right, the profile picture and name of the logged-in user. Clicking on the system logo takes you to the dashboard. After the logo, there is a series of icons, each representing a link (shortcut) to the most commonly used parts of the system, in order:

  • Property list
  • Contact list
  • Opportunity list
  • Requests list
  • Landing pages list
  • Tasks list

Each of the above is explained separately in this guide. After these icons, there is a flag icon where you can change the system language. Following the language, there is an icon that toggles the system into Full-Screen mode. In case you activate this mode—covering the entire screen; you can always turn it off by pressing Esc (escape) on the keyboard. The last icon in the row toggles the dark (night) mode on and off.

Logged-in User Profile

Clicking on the logged-in user's name opens a dropdown menu with the following options:

  • Profile - for editing user profile information (and connecting your Google Calendar account)
  • Help
  • Billing (related to payments)
  • Customize bottom menu (on mobile) - choose the five shortcuts shown in the mobile bottom bar
  • Delete account - shown only to the agency owner; permanently erases the whole account (see Agency Settings)
  • Log Out (sign out of the system)

Mobile Bottom Bar

On a phone, a bar with five shortcuts sits at the bottom of the screen. You choose which five, and each user picks their own — your choice does not affect colleagues.

To change them, either:

  • open the user menu and choose Customize bottom menu, or
  • press and hold any icon in the bar.

Both open the same panel. Tap a slot, pick the screen you want, and it replaces what was there. If you choose something that is already in the bar, the two swap places.

The list you pick from only ever offers screens your permissions allow, and modules your agency has not enabled are not listed. If your permissions change later, any shortcut you can no longer use is quietly removed and replaced with a default.

{primary.fa-info-circle} Your choice is stored on that device, in that browser. Reinstalling the app or clearing browser data resets the bar to its defaults — just set it up again, it takes a few seconds.
