{warning.fa-exclamation-circle} Before creating a "landing" page for a property, it is necessary to create a template for that page. This is mandatory!
To create a new "landing" page, go to Sharing Studio -> Create 'Landing' Page. On this page, you will see a field where you should enter the name of the page, which will help us distinguish it among the list of all created 'landing' pages. This is because you have the option to create multiple different 'landing' pages for the same properties. Besides the title, you need to select which template you want the 'landing' page to have, then which property you want to display on the 'landing' page, and the language of the page. You can see that you can create 'landing' pages in various languages depending on the target group to which you will present it. You can also choose whether you want the "landing" page to display the location and address of the property. This is because sometimes you may want to promote a property without revealing its location. In addition to complete data about the selected property, each 'landing' page contains information about the company (logo, name, phone number, website, etc.) that are automatically inserted from the system as you have set them in the agency settings.
{primary.fa-check-circle} Each "landing" page allows creating new leads because it has a form that potential contacts can fill out and send directly from the page. These data are automatically entered into the contact database with the status lead.
You can find the list of all "landing" pages under Sharing Studio -> List of All 'Landing' Pages. On this page, there is a table that shows all the pages we have created. In the table, besides the name, property name, template, and language, you can see icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter(X), WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram that allow us to share the 'landing' page on any of these platforms with one click.
After these platforms, there is an icon for copying the link to the clipboard, and then you can simply paste it wherever you want (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V).
At the end of the table, there are icons that give us the option to preview the 'landing' page, edit it, or delete it.
{primary.fa-info-circle} It is recommended to always first preview the page by clicking on the magnifying glass button i.e., preview, to check how the 'landing' page looks before sharing it on any of the platforms.
