To add a property, go to Real Estate -> Add Property. On this page, you'll see fields to enter basic property details (e.g., name, price...), followed by location details.
Select the country from the dropdown menu and then search for the property location, which you can enter in the field on the map itself. The location will be automatically identified, but sometimes, the exact property location may not be 100% accurate. You have the option to move the marker (pin on the map) with your mouse to precisely locate the property. Ensure to check the city, district, and street automatically entered by the map, as our system uses free OpenStreet maps, which may not always be 100% accurate.
{primary.fa-info-circle} Make sure to verify the city, district, and street of the property, and use the mouse to move the marker on the map to accurately set the property location.
After that, enter the property owner's details in the designated fields. Then, assign an agent responsible for this property and write a description of the property. On the left side, there are additional fields to select options such as whether the property is for rent or sale, and whether it has clear title deeds (ZK).
Finally, choose the property type that you must have previously defined in the system! If you haven't done this yet, read the instructions here. After selecting the property type, all the features you previously defined for that property type will appear. Fill in the required information and save the property! The SAVE button is at the bottom of the page.
After initially saving the property, additional fields will appear on the same page for you to fill in. These include adding property images, a YouTube video link if you have one for the property (not mandatory), and a place to add documents related to the property (contracts, ZK extracts, etc.) in PDF, Word, Excel, or image formats.
You can arrange the pictures in the gallery in the desired layout by clicking on the icon in the bottom left corner of it (the arrow icon pointing in all four directions) and holding down the mouse button. Then you can "drag" the picture and place it in the desired position. When you release the button, the picture will remain in the position where you placed it.
{warning.fa-info-circle} Add at least 5 images for each property, but not more than 25. Also, ensure that the file size of each image does not exceed 10MB.
After completing all the steps as instructed, set the property status to Active because every newly added property has a status of In Preparation. This is located at the top right of the page as a dropdown menu. Then, you must save all changes by clicking the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
