{danger.fa-exclamation-circle} We want to emphasize that our software is not a bulk email service, i.e., it is not intended for sending a large number of messages. This is a system that enables normal communication with contacts via email, but not "spamming".
The system allows sending three types of messages - emails. These are general email, email with details of one property, and the last option is sending email with basic information about multiple properties (up to 3). Each of these options is accessed from the main menu under Email Composer. On all pages from which email is sent, there is a contact list that allows us to choose to whom we want to send the respective email - (checkmark) next to the contact's name. You have the option to select multiple contacts to send the same email, but we emphasize that all messages will be sent separately, i.e., no contact will see that we have sent the same message to someone else.
{primary.fa-info-circle} In the case of sending email to multiple addresses (for multiple contacts), messages are sent individually, not as one message to everyone. This means that no one will be able to see that the same message was sent to multiple addresses.
After selecting contacts, you need to enter the subject of the message and, of course, the message text. Here you can use predefined preset messages that you can choose from the dropdown menu. By choosing one of the options, the Subject and Message Text fields will be automatically filled. When sending options with included properties, you will notice a dropdown list with all properties where you select one or more of them depending on which email you are sending. After that, just click the Send Email button and the message will be sent. The email layout is optimized for all devices and has a suitable design. The email that includes property details contains specific property images and buttons that directly open a new window (tab) with a page containing all property details.
{primary.fa-info-circle} The recipient of the email can reply to it, and it will automatically be forwarded to the company's email (set in agency settings).
{warning.fa-exclamation-circle} Before sending a promotional flyer, it needs to be added to the system.
Adding promotional media can be found under Email Composer -> Promotional Media. Here, you can see a list of all added promotional media and also add a new image by clicking Add New. On the page that opens, you need to enter the media name (which will be used for searching media) and select the desired image in the field on the left side. After the image appears in a small window, click Save.
The system allows sending emails with promotional media. You can find this option on the page Email Composer -> Send Emails with Media. The principle is the same as sending other types of emails, but now you have a dropdown menu with a list of all added promotional media. You can search for media by title. You can only select one image (promotional flyer) and send the email.
The email that the client receives will, in addition to the flyer you added, also have a button Show More that will open a page with the promotional flyer, and it also has a form that potential contact can fill out and send directly from the page. This data is automatically entered into the contact database with the prospect status. This is also a way to generate new leads.
Every sent email is recorded in the system and can be found under Email Composer -> Sent Emails. All sent messages are displayed in a tabular format with the date, message title, contacts to whom it was sent, and properties if included. On the right side, there is a button that allows you to preview how the email looked, which opens in a window that appears on the right side.
