The report that tells us about the performance of employees regarding completed tasks can be found under Reports -> Task Report Generator. Here, you have the option to select one or more users (team members), a time period, and the task status you want in the report and click on Generate. The report will be generated and opened in a separate window (tab) in PDF format, which can be printed or saved (downloaded). The report includes Task ID, task title, user's name, task date, task status, and task type.
The report that tells us about the performance of employees regarding changes in contacts can be found under Reports -> Contact Report Generator. Here, you have the option to select one or more users (team members), a time period, and the contact type you want in the report and click on Generate. The report will be generated and opened in a separate window (tab) in PDF format, which can be printed or saved (downloaded). The report includes Contact ID, contact's name, email and phone of the contact, contact type, modification date, and the name of the user (team member) who made the change.

Here, you have the option to select one or more users (team members), a time period, and the asset type and status you want in the report and click on Generate. The report will be generated and opened in a separate window (tab) in PDF format, which can be printed or saved (downloaded). The report includes Asset ID, asset name, asset address, asset type, asset status, modification date, and the name of the user (team member) who made the change.
The report on opportunities (property–contact links) is found under Reports -> Opportunities Report Generator. Select one or more team members, a time period, and the opportunity status you want, then click Generate. The PDF report lets you analyse how your sales pipeline is progressing and which team members are driving it.
The report on client requests is found under Reports -> Requests Report Generator. Choose the team members and time period and click Generate to produce a PDF of the requests recorded in that period — useful for seeing what your clients are looking for and how demand is trending.
The financial report is found under Reports -> Financial Report Generator. It aggregates the financial records of sold properties so you can analyse sales performance, commissions, and revenue. You can filter by date range, team member, and property status. See Financial Management for how the underlying financial data is entered.
