Share Property with Others

Overview

The property sharing feature allows you to share property details with other users within the EstateBax system. This enables easy collaboration between agencies and helps you find properties to match your clients' needs when you don't have suitable options in your own inventory.

How Property Sharing Works

When you share a property, it becomes visible to other EstateBax users in the Shared Properties listing. Other agencies can view the property details and contact information, making it easier to collaborate and close deals together.

Sharing a Property

To share a property with other EstateBax users:

1. Navigate to your Properties list
2. Select the property you want to share
3. Open the property details page
4. Enable the Share Property option
5. Save your changes

Once shared, the property will appear in the shared properties listing accessible to other EstateBax users.

Viewing Shared Properties

You can browse properties shared by other agencies under Shared Properties section. Here you can:

• Search and Filter - Find properties matching your clients' requirements
• View Property Details - See complete information about the property
• Contact Agency - Get contact details of the agency that owns the property
• Collaborate - Work together to match properties with your clients

Automatic Suggestions for Property Requests

When adding a new property request in the system, EstateBax automatically searches shared properties and displays similar matches based on:

• Property Type - Matching the requested type (apartment, house, etc.)
• City - Properties in the requested location

This helps you quickly identify potential matches from the shared property pool without manual searching.
