Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is the main hub of the system where you get a quick overview of all your important business metrics and activities at a glance. When you log in to the system, this is the first page you see, and it provides real-time information about your properties, contacts, tasks, and business opportunities.

To access the dashboard, click on Dashboard in the main menu or the logo at the top left of the page.

Key Metrics Widgets

At the top of the dashboard, you will find four important metric cards that give you an immediate overview of your business status:

Active Properties – Shows the total number of active properties in your system. This card displays the count of properties and the percentage of active properties relative to all properties in your database.

New Contacts – Displays the number of newly added contacts. This helps you track fresh leads and new client relationships in real-time. The card shows the count of new contacts added within a specific time period.

All Tasks – Provides a quick overview of your total number of tasks. It also shows important task statuses such as tasks that are in "Translation Overdue" or other critical statuses, helping you identify urgent work that needs attention.

Leads Attention – This is an aggregated metric showing the total number of leads that require immediate attention. It breaks down into categories such as pending apps, open requests, and other actionable items that need follow-up.

Lead Management Section

{primary.fa-info-circle} Lead Management is Critical – The three widgets in this section provide essential insights into your leads and sales pipeline. Monitor these carefully to identify opportunities that need attention and to leverage AI-powered matching for faster deal closure.

Below the metric cards, you will find three important sections dedicated to lead and opportunity management:

Opportunities Going Cold – This section lists opportunities (potential sales) that haven't had any activity for 3 or more days. Each opportunity is displayed with the contact name, property location, status badge, and the date of the last activity. This helps you identify leads that need re-engagement. Click on the "View all" button to see all opportunities in this status.

Requests Without Matches – This section shows contacts requests that currently don't have added any options. These are potential customers looking for specific properties but no matches have been found yet. This helps your team prioritize find listings that match these requests. Click the "View all" button to manage these requests.

AI Matches Available – This is a powerful feature powered by artificial intelligence that automatically suggests property matches for requests based on semantic similarity. The system analyzes requests and properties using AI embeddings to find the best matches. Each matching request is shown with the number of AI-generated matches available (displayed as a green badge). This feature helps you quickly connect buyers with suitable properties without manually searching through your entire inventory.

Tasks Overview

The Tasks section on the dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your task management:

Overdue Tasks – A table showing tasks that are past their due date. The red badge shows the count of overdue tasks (e.g., "3" tasks overdue). The table displays task ID, title, due date, assigned person, and status/priority for each overdue task. This section helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Upcoming (Today) – Shows tasks that are due today. This helps you stay on top of your daily commitments and ensures you complete today's priorities.

Upcoming (7 days) – Displays tasks scheduled for the next 7 days. This gives you a medium-term view of upcoming work and helps you plan your week effectively.

Each task in these sections shows:

  • Task ID (e.g., #2, #79, #8)
  • Task title
  • Due date and time
  • Person assigned to the task (with avatar)
  • Status or priority (e.g., "Send message", "Meeting", "Phone call")

Landing Pages and Website Analytics

The Landing Pages Analytics and Website section displays a visual chart showing the performance of your landing pages. This chart shows:

  • Visits Over Time – A line chart displaying the number of visits to your landing pages over a selected time period (typically the last month)
  • Time Period Selection – You can select different view options (Day, Week, Month) and adjust the date range (e.g., "30" days shown at the bottom right)
  • Trend Analysis – The chart helps you visualize which periods had the most traffic and engagement with your landing pages
