Deleting Your Account

Overview

You can permanently erase your agency and everything in it, yourself, from inside the system. No support ticket, no waiting.

{danger.fa-exclamation-circle} This cannot be undone. There is no recycle bin, no backup we can restore from, and no way to recover the data afterwards. Export anything you want to keep first.

Who Can Do It

Only the agency owner — the first user account created for the agency. Nobody else sees the option, no matter what permissions they have been given.

This is deliberate: deleting the agency is not something a role should ever be able to grant, and it is not something an administrator should be able to do to an owner.

The option stays available even if your subscription has lapsed, so you are never forced to pay in order to erase your own data.

How It Works

Deletion takes three deliberate confirmations, on purpose:

  1. Open the user menu in the top-right corner and choose Delete account.
  2. Read what will be erased, then confirm your password. This does not delete anything yet — it sends a confirmation link to the owner's email address.
  3. Open that email and click the link. The link is private to you and expires in 1 hour.
  4. On the confirmation page, enter your password once more and confirm.

Only after that last step is anything deleted.

{warning.fa-info-circle} If the email never arrives, check the spam folder and make sure the owner's email address in your agency settings is correct and reachable.

What Gets Deleted

  • All properties, contacts, requests, opportunities, leases, documents and financial records
  • All uploaded files, photos and media
  • All user accounts in the agency, and your website
  • Your subscription is cancelled automatically as part of the process

Everything goes at once. There is no partial deletion, and no data is kept behind for reporting.

Before You Delete

If you only want to stop paying, you do not need to delete anything — cancel or downgrade the subscription instead, and your data stays where it is.

If you are leaving for good, do these first:

  • Export your contacts and properties (see the export sections of this manual).
  • Download any documents or PDF exports you may need later.
  • Tell anyone using the owner or reseller portals that their links will stop working.
